At Kwabo, we strive to minimise our carbon footprint through innovative and efficient manufacturing and logistics processes. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in two key initiatives.
In-house manufacturing
Our covering materials are manufactured entirely in-house, from raw material to finished product. This leads to a significant reduction in logistics flows.
Efficient roll wrapping
In addition, we invested in highly efficient roll wrapping technology. This has allowed us to even double the number of units per pallet in some cases. Together, this results in:
Fewer transport movements
By keeping the entire manufacturing process in-house, we eliminate the need for transport between different manufacturing sites. By being able to transport more units per pallet, we reduce the number of transports required.
Lower carbon emissions
Fewer transports result in an even greater reduction in logistics flows and thus an even greater reduction of our ecological footprint.
